Britannia Park is an affordable student accommodation for students at WelTec, the Wellington Institute of Technology. The accommodation boasts 44 units and a total of 117 bedrooms. Amenities are close by, including a swimming pool, shopping centre and park.
As for the rooms, each room contains a fridge, stove coin-operated washing machine, lounge, bathroom and kitchen. On site parking is also including which accommodates up to 44 vehicles. Bed linen and food are not supplied, though bed linen can be hired per semester.
Accommodation at Britannia park is contracted at either 20 or 40 week intervals. Rent is paid in weekly installments with extra for late payments.
